How We Play

🎮 Rookie: 4v4 • kid-size field • no scores or stats
🎮 All other divisions: 5v5 on a 25×70-yard field
🚫 No blitzing in Rookie, Pee Wee, Junior & GEMS Junior/Major
⚡ Controlled blitzing allowed in older divisions

League age = your athlete’s age on this date.
