Boxing

Our boxing lessons teach both boys and girls various styles of boxing, including kick-boxing. With our lessons, boxers will be able to significantly increase their footwork, body movement, cardio, and speed.

Boxers will also learn different angle shots, body movement, and footwork drills. We use a multitude of strength and conditioning, cardio and speed, and defensive and offensive drills that will increase the boxers overall boxing experience.

​

We offer private and group lessons for adults and children ages 5-18 years old.
