Email-Only Customer Service Policy
Purpose
Blue Chip Youth Sports is committed to delivering clear, timely, and professional communication with all families and community partners. To provide consistency and accountability across all our leagues, our organization uses email as the primary and official method of customer service communication.

Emails are monitored Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST.
Response Times
• Standard inquiries: response within 24–48 hours.
• Time-sensitive issues (e.g., schedule adjustments, roster corrections): response within 24 hours.
• During peak registration or playoffs, response times may extend, but we will post notices in advance.
Emergencies and Game-Day Issues
Because weather, field access, or other urgent circumstances can arise, Blue Chip Youth Sports provides:
• Game-Day Hotline: A dedicated phone line or text-alert system used only for last-minute cancellations, weather delays, or safety emergencies.
• Families will be notified of hotline numbers and text sign-up procedures prior to the first games of each season.
Why Email-Only?
• Creates a written record of all communications, protecting families and the league.
• Ensures that every inquiry is answered consistently by the appropriate staff member.
• Many of our staff are actively out on the field during practices and games, making phone calls difficult to answer in real-time. Email guarantees your message will be received, logged, and answered.
• Allows our staff and volunteers to remain focused on delivering high-quality programs for the athletes.
Exceptions
If a family requires additional communication support due to accessibility needs, we will work to provide reasonable accommodations.
