Our organization, Blue Chip Flag – San Rafael, CA, will make every effort to ensure that every child who desires to participate in our league gets the opportunity, without regard to prior football experience, athletic ability, size, gender, or race. Blue Chip Flag – San Rafael, CA will instill in our youth athletes the challenge of competition, the joy of victory, the reality of defeat, the importance of commitment, and the spirit of family and community. We will also strive to teach the game of football to all of our youth athletes so that they can develop a passion for this great sport.
