Our organization, Blue Chip Flag – Springfield, OR, will make every effort to ensure that every child who desires to participate in our league gets the opportunity, without regard to prior football experience, athletic ability, size, gender, or race. We at Blue Chip Flag – Springfield, OR, are committed to instilling the virtues of Sportsmanship, Teamwork, Discipline, Respect, Leadership, Honesty, Integrity, Loyalty, Trust, and Commitment in our youth athletes. We believe these values and virtues are important to each youth athlete’s growth on the field,helping them become active members of our community and society.

Blue Chip Flag – Springfield, OR will instill in our youth athletes the challenge of competition, the joy of victory, the reality of defeat, the importance of commitment, and the spirit of family and community. We will also strive to teach the game of football to all of our youth athletes so that they can develop a passion for this great sport. We believe that these goals can be achieved through educating and organizing our dedicated volunteers, caring parents, business associates, and corporate sponsors who wish to partner with our great youth sports program.
