🎮 Rookie: 4v4 • kid-sized field • no scores or stats
🎮 All other divisions: 5v5 on a 25×70 field with two 10-yd end zones
🚫 No blitzing in Rookie, Pee Wee, Junior & GEMS Junior/Major
⚡ Controlled blitzing allowed in Major, Semi Pro, Pro & Legend
